About me
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with degrees from Edinburgh University and Regent’s University, London. I offer online therapy in English or French.
I work in an Integrative way which is a client centred approach that combines different therapeutic technique from various theoretical models to address individual needs.
My ultimate goal is to help you gain awareness, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and integrate different aspects of yourself to achieve a greater sense of wholeness and life satisfaction.
I provide a safe space where you can share any worries or concerns. Here you are welcome to be yourself and talk about whatever is on your mind, without fear or judgment.
Life is too short to feel unhappy or stuck. My goal is to help you find a more positive outlook and give you the tools you need to get there. Together, we can find better ways to overcome the challenges that are holding you back.

Therapy is for anyone who wants to feel better and gain a better understanding of themselves.
I can offer support if you are feeling overwhelmed by specific situations, personal relationships or just life in general. Life can be pretty tough and reaching out for help if the first step to making positive lasting changes.
Therapy is a journey of self discovery that sparks transformation and gives people the confidence to shape their own lives and emotions. As a therapist my greatest passion is to walk alongside my clients on this path, just as others have walked with me on my own journey. I do this with deep empathy, genuine care and heartfelt compassion.
I can help with a variety of issues, including, addiction, anxiety and depression, body dysmorphia, generational trauma, pregnancy and pregnancy loss, separation and grief.
